| Casual Loading |
Drycleaners are reminded that the transition rate for casual loading has increased to 21% from July 1, 2010.
The $26 a week wage increase is also applicable from July 1, 2010. |

| DIA National |
The Drycleaning Institute of Australia is embarking on a new direction in 2010. The creation of a single national body to represent all members around the country occurred on July 1, 2010.
The body is known as DIA National and will deliver improved administration efficiaencies, a full range of membership services, communications and lobbying for all its members.
This positive and progressive move to update the organisation will continue to deliver a variety of benefits in both the short and long term, adding value and quality of a DIA membership.

| Fair Dismissal Code |
| Most drycleaners will come under the new industrial relations changes effective today in regards to termination of an employee. The attachement will outline the Fiar Dismissal Code checklist that is applicable to terminating an employee. |
