The Drycleaning Institute of Australia NSW (DIA) is the representative body for drycleaners in this state.

 

The DIA is very active in providing members with a range of benefits that will save them money in their day to day operation, and also provides support through newsletters, training workshops, information forums and seminars.

 

Other initiatives include the "Drycleaning Industry Awards for Excellence" program which identifies those operators that are 

providing above average performance in the areas of image projection and compliance matters.

 

The DIA provides a forum for the public and manufacturers of garments to access information which will assist them in understanding the drycleaning process and what responsibilities the consumer and manufacturer have in this cycle.
