Challenges for Drycleaning in coming years
Challenges for Drycleaning in coming years.
DIA members are invited to a special presention on challenges facing the industry in coming years presented by George Masselos.
George is currently DIA Chairman and a well established Sydney drycleaner with a number of outlets across a variety of areas.
After 5 years in the Merchant Banking Industry, George followed in his parents' footsteps and entered into the fabric and clothing industry. George's family had owned a fabric business for 16 years and a dry cleaning business prior to that. His father James Masselos owned and operated Gympie Dry Cleaners in the 1960's before he moved to Sydney with the family. It was therefore a natural progression that George opened Centennial Dry Cleaners (Rose Bay) in 1990.
George is renouned for his business management and people skills and in this presentation he will share a wide raft of information and ideas. He is an inspiring speaker with creative and positive ideas for the industry. As a dedicated operator he is keen to see members absorb new initiatives and methods while understanding the challenges ahead for the industry.
Finger food will be provided by DIA
Drinks( at own cost) will be available at a Cash Bar
This will be great networking opportunity plus hearing George's presentation and there will be plenty of take out ideas for everyone.
