FAQ’s are designed to help users on your website by offering them frequently asked questions and answers to help solves any issues they may have before having to contact you directly.
They are especially helpful when you receive multiple queries on one subject that can be answered online without the need to speak to someone from your staff team.
What to include:
1. Your FAQ’s in an accessible list
2. Both questions and answers
3. FAQ subject groups e.g support, marketing etc.
FAQ Page layout:
FAQ's can be created in their own content type page and will include:
- Question
- Answer
- Catagory
Resources:
You can provide links to PDF booklets/leaflets with extra information to help users solve their problems

Layout Help:
- Depending on the design of your website the FAQ’s may be laid out in a specially designed view
- Include a brief paragraph about your FAQ’s explaining how users can find the relevant information in this section of your website
- Your FAQ’s can link to a page with just that relevant FAQ on it
- The FAQ’s can be collapsible and expandable
