The current constitution for a national single entity with branches in each State was adopted on 19th March 2010. The Board consists of seven State and Territory directors, with the option to appoint two external directors who can add specific commplimentary experience(eg legal, HR and Business Development etc ) to the Board.
Directors are elected for a term of two years but can be re-elected for susequent terms. The Chairman is elected by the Board for a three year tenure.
