Customer Service Standards - How do you Rate?

How often do we become so familiar with our business we just don't see what the customer sees?

At least twice per year we should rate our "impression"

  • We can do it
  • We can get our staff to do it - a great way to involve them in your business
  • We can get a fellow drycleaner to do it
  • We can get one or more customers to do it
  • We can get a friend not known to staff to do - a mystery shopper

This is a great way to keep your image fresh and up to date

It dosen't have to be expensive & it can be fun, make a game and reward the best entry.
