Drycleaning fact sheet and educational videos
The DIA was pleased to receive a grant from the Multicultural and Business Traders Group of Business Victoria. This funding enabled us to develop educational materials specifically designed to support individuals who are new to the drycleaning industry.
We have created a document called "Welcome to the drycleaning industry" which is a short, introductory factsheet covering some important aspects of drycleaning:
- What is drycleaning?
- What is drycleanable?
- Managing perc vapours in a drycleaning plant
- Dryer safety
- Consumer rights
Each section is supported by an accompanying video.
The factsheet and videos have all been translated into:
