Kim is a business owner and finance professional, with extensive experience across small business ownership, early education, accounting and operational leadership.
As the owner of the The Laundry Room and New York Drycleaners in Bunbury, Kim and her team focus on delivering professional, reliable and customer-centred drycleaning and laundry services to local communities, businesses, and visitors across the South West of Western Australia.
Prior to moving into the laundry and drycleaning industry, Kim spent 16 years in the early education sector, where she built and managed a childcare business. The experience strengthened her skills in business development, team leadership, compliance, financial management and service delivery in a highly regulated and people-focused environment.
Kim's professional foundation is in financial and management accounting, with experience gained in Australia and overseas across a variety of business sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business, am a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and have completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. These qualifications, combined with practical business ownership experience, support her strong commercial focus and commitment to building sustainable, service-led businesses.
