Trucare Leads The Way In Fabric Care Training
When the Drycleaning Institute of Australia launched its new Fibres & Fabrics Course, one business did not wait to see how it would go. Trucare, part of Gouge Linen and Garment Services, enrolled three staff members from day one, making them the very first team in the country to complete the course.
The course covers fibre identification and fabric behaviour, giving counter and production staff the knowledge to spot risks before they become costly mistakes. For a business built on getting garments right the first time, that made it an easy decision.
CEO, John Calleja says ”Dry Cleaning is a specialist service and well-trained staff are critical to ensure we deliver a great service to our customers”
All three staff members have now completed the course and received their certificates.
Trucare’s early commitment to staff training reflects a wider shift across the drycleaning industry, where knowledgeable, well-trained staff are becoming a genuine point of difference. The Drycleaning Institute of Australia congratulates Trucare and its team on leading the way.
If you would like to give your own staff the same head start, the Fibres & Fabrics Course is open to members and non-members, priced at $245 per staff member. ENROL HERE
