Leon Goltsman is a community engagement leader, stakeholder strategist, and advocate for positive social change. He is the CEO of Ecolibrium Headquarters Pty Ltd (EcoHQ), where he leads initiatives focused on economic growth, business engagement, and strengthening communities.
Leon served as a Waverley Councillor from 2011 to 2024 and continues his commitment to public service as a Retained Firefighter with Fire and Rescue NSW. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Bondi & Districts Chamber of Commerce and is Patron of Survivor’s R Us, supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic and family violence.
He is also an author and host of the “Engaging Conversations” program, where he speaks with and shares the stories and insights of leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across Australia.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning local government, emergency services, business leadership, and community engagement, Leon
is passionate about helping businesses and individuals build meaningful relationships that create long-term impact and opportunity.
