Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out daily dry cleaning and laundry duties, including garment handling, sorting, pressing, packing, and general cleaning tasks.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service, including serving customers at the counter, answering enquiries, and assisting with pick-up and drop-off orders.
* Use the POS system to create orders, process customer transactions, update order status, and manage completed orders for collection or delivery.
